Equipment
The real benefits of Hear Here are in the recordings, but you will need a way to play them for your callers. If you are using a traditional phone system, we will need to supply you with your own on-hold unit, unless you already own one.
Our network-based players allow us to update your recordings within moments of them being done here in the studio. Plus, we have the ability to give each message its own start and stop date, which is great for really timely messages.
VoIP phones? No problem. Our recordings can integrate with your current VoIP platform, no matter which one it is.
